Information We Collect
- Information You Provide: When you sign up, you share your name, email address, city, and state/province. We never ask for street addresses.
- Technical Information: We log basic tech info to help us understand how Friends & Neighbors use our sites so we can make them better.
- Financial Information: We don’t sell anything yet. When we do, we’ll use secure systems like Stripe or PayPal. We never house your financial data.
How We Use Your Information
Joyline Service
Joyline is our free telephone hotline (1-888-282-4JOY). We capture your phone number only to deliver suggestions or one-time reminder texts. Reply STOP to end reminders. Logs are stored 13 months, then deleted.
Voice Processing & Zero Retention
Daily Joy uses a zero-retention voice architecture. Audio from Joyline calls is processed in real-time for content delivery and sentiment analysis. No audio recordings are stored. Voice data is not used for training or shared with third parties.
Enterprise & Health Plan Data
For enterprise deployments (Daily Joy for Medicare Advantage), member data is handled under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Each health plan’s member data is logically separated. We process data on Google Cloud Platform with HIPAA-eligible services. De-identified aggregate data may be used for reporting and product improvement.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with advertisers. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Google Cloud, Twilio) under appropriate data processing agreements.
Data Retention & Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing partners@1845.ai. Joyline call logs are automatically deleted after 13 months. Enterprise data retention follows the terms of each health plan’s BAA.

1845.ai provides voice-first AI tools for senior engagement including Daily Joy Plans, Good Deeds Finder, Memory Pages, and Joyline. Our services are designed to provide information and suggestions — they are not medical advice and do not replace professional healthcare.
3. Ownership
We own the code, designs, and text. They are proprietary property. Please ask before using them. “Daily Joy,” “Joyline,” “Good Deeds Finder,” “Browndog,” and “1845.ai” are trademarks of 1845.ai.
4. Your Responsibility
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you won’t use our services for anything illegal or harmful.
5. Disclaimer
Our services are provided “as-is.” We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for decisions made based on content delivered through our platform.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
